A perfect way to teach students how to create beginning sequences to their aerial routines, & to teach students good warm up & cool down stretch routines that stay with them for life.

Specific contortion/ flexy workshops designed to give movers the tools they need to know how to progress & what to work on to achieve the flexibility of their dreams. These may be typical flexy poses such as splits or chest stands, or more studio related poses such as bird of paradise for aerialists or Needlescales for dancers etc. We look over breathwork, what sensations are good & bad in flexibility, how to look after the body, how to progress & adapt to suit individual bodies, & how to protect hypermobility.

A very popular workshop of mine is my flexy floorwork routine! Based on contemporary dance floorwork technique, with beautiful flexy/ contortion lines in. A style loved my movement lovers & artists, those wanting to be a bit more creative, be inspired to move in different ways, inspire their own choreography, and get the opportunity to learn to perform their flexy tricks in a routine. This one is loved by all and a great one to give beginners and more advanced levels a confidence boost.
