How do my class courses work?

Each course is carefully crafted to give our weekly classes a clear sense of focus, purpose, & mini goals to work towards. This helps keep our training fresh, engaging, & motivating — never stale or repetitive. Flexibility is a lifestyle practice, something to weave gently into your everyday. Because of that, it’s so important that it doesn’t start to feel like a chore. We want to keep falling in love with movement — again & again. Every course is built around a central goal, but within that, we work on opposite areas of the body to stay balanced & efficient with our time. That way, no part of you gets left behind while we explore a particular theme. You’ll see this theme gently woven into all my classes — including our lunchtime movement sessions — so everything feels connected, purposeful, & part of your bigger journey.

3 Week Course

Forearm Stands & Forward Folds

November 10th- 30th

In this course:
we explore the unexpected harmony between two seemingly distinct practices: the grounded surrender of forward folds and the uplifting strength of forearm stands. From shoulder mobility and balance to core integration, hamstring length, and the spaciousness we create in folds—these elements don’t just coexist, they enhance one another.

It’s a beautiful reminder that strength and flexibility are not opposites, but partners. One movement ripples into the next, revealing how technique, awareness, and artistry weave together across disciplines.

No exploration week in this course as we run up to a longer Christmas break!

3 Week Course

Forearm Bridges

December 1st- 24th

Following on from forearm stands, let’s transition into those forearm bridges! Looking into lengthening the lower back in our backbends, & gaining more space in our upper back & shoulders before Christmas.#


Exploration Week 22nd-24th December- time to take it a little slower to give the body more of a rest.
