How do my class courses work?

Each course is carefully crafted to give our weekly classes a clear sense of focus, purpose, & mini goals to work towards. This helps keep our training fresh, engaging, & motivating — never stale or repetitive. Flexibility is a lifestyle practice, something to weave gently into your everyday. Because of that, it’s so important that it doesn’t start to feel like a chore. We want to keep falling in love with movement — again & again. Every course is built around a central goal, but within that, we work on opposite areas of the body to stay balanced & efficient with our time. That way, no part of you gets left behind while we explore a particular theme. You’ll see this theme gently woven into all my classes — including our lunchtime movement sessions — so everything feels connected, purposeful, & part of your bigger journey.

As we step into 2026, this is our moment to return to the foundations—moving with intention, honouring our bodies, & rebuilding the habits & technique that support long‑term, beautiful flexibility.

This isn’t the season for going in all guns blazing.
Ambitious goals are wonderful, so we will reach them by laying down strong, safe, sustainable flexy foundations. When we move with care, consistency, & good form, we reduce the risk of injury & set ourselves up for real, lasting success.

4 Week Course, Box Splits & Flying Cobras

January 26th-22nd Feb

Exploration Week 23rd- 2nd March

I love the beautiful relationship between backbends and box splits! The strength, openness, & control required for each quietly supports the other, creating a full‑body synergy that’s so often overlooked. Exploring this connection is the perfect way to begin 2026—opening, strengthening, & awakening the whole body with intention.

In this session, we’ll refine your box splits technique with a focus on knee safety, intelligent pelvic alignment, & the inner‑thigh strength that underpins truly sustainable flexibility. We’ll build deep core support to enhance your active splits, while also developing powerful, controlled active cobras.

From there, we’ll look at how to lengthen out of the lower back, access more movement through the hips & upper spine, & create spacious, supported backbends that feel as good as they look.

4 Week Course-
Splits & Foot to Head Shapes

March 2nd-30th

Exploration Week 30th- 6th April

We continue our journey into the beautiful partnership between splits and backbends—this time focusing on front splits and those dreamy foot‑to‑head shapes.

Across this 4‑week course, we’ll use the backbend on top of our splits as a powerful hip‑extension exercise. The backbend becomes a tool to open the hip flexors, deepen core engagement, and teach the body how to lengthen rather than compress. Together, we’ll reinforce the principle that a backbend is a lengthener—never a crunch.

Our aim is always the same: to bend in the longest, strongest way possible. To create space, not strain. To build shapes that feel expansive, supported, and beautifully controlled.
