My students are deeply committed, & many stay with me for years. That’s because true, sustainable flexibility is a long-term journey, & not a quick fix. I encourage you to be wary of anyone who promises otherwise. Any artform or skill takes years to master, why would flexibility be any different?

How do my class courses work?
Each course is carefully crafted to give our weekly classes a clear sense of focus, purpose, & mini goals to work towards. This helps keep our training fresh, engaging, & motivating — never stale or repetitive. Flexibility is a lifestyle practice, something to weave gently into your everyday. Because of that, it’s so important that it doesn’t start to feel like a chore. We want to keep falling in love with movement — again & again. Every course is built around a central goal, but within that, we work on opposite areas of the body to stay balanced & efficient with our time. That way, no part of you gets left behind while we explore a particular theme. You’ll see this theme gently woven into all my classes — including our lunchtime movement sessions — so everything feels connected, purposeful, & part of your bigger journey.

3 Week Course-
Splits & Foot to Head Shapes
March 2nd-23rd

Exploration Week 23rd- 30thmarch
We continue our journey into the beautiful partnership between splits and backbends—this time focusing on front splits and those dreamy foot‑to‑head shapes.
Across this 4‑week course, we’ll use the backbend on top of our splits as a powerful hip‑extension exercise. The backbend becomes a tool to open the hip flexors, deepen core engagement, and teach the body how to lengthen rather than compress. Together, we’ll reinforce the principle that a backbend is a lengthener—never a crunch.
Our aim is always the same: to bend in the longest, strongest way possible. To create space, not strain. To build shapes that feel expansive, supported, and beautifully controlled.

From the tips of your toes to the span of your beautiful wings — everything is connected.
In this course, we dive into the often‑forgotten foundations of your movement: the feet and ankles. By strengthening and mobilising this base, you’ll begin to carve out those long, effortless lines and sculpt the gorgeous dancer legs we all adore.
Your feet carry you through every shape, every balance, every transition. When they’re tense or weak, the ripple travels upward — affecting knees, hips, spine, shoulders, and beyond. This is your moment to slow down, look closely, and give them the attention they deserve.
We’ll explore far more than just pointing. Expect a blend of mobility work, strengthening drills, and detailed tripod‑foot awareness — the same concepts we return to again and again in class because they truly transform your practice.
And because the body is one continuous conversation, we’ll also be opening, strengthening, and freeing the shoulders. Through shapes like downward dog, dolphin variations, forearm work, and gentle nerve‑gliding, you’ll build the push strength and spaciousness needed for fluid bridges and expressive backbending.
This is full‑body elegance from the ground up — a chance to refine your technique, deepen your awareness, and feel beautifully connected through every inch of you.

Bridges that Breathe

Exploration Week 1st -7th June
Back bending is the area where people feel the most panic, emotional overwhelm, & full‑body tension. Backbends are genuinely challenging — so it makes sense that the body sometimes slips into survival mode. But when that panic kicks in, it can create a loop that makes progress feel even harder. The good news is: we can break that loop. We can teach the body to feel calm, open, & safe in these shapes again.
Hips, upper back & shoulders. We are awakening all things bridges, but with one sole focus- the breathe! Before we can do anything else with our technique, we need to be able to breathe!
Across this 4‑week course, we’ll be using a different breathing technique each week, to give you plenty of tools in your pocket to relax your bridges, create space & breathe!
