I believe in the power of working closely & personally with each student. That’s why my classes are intentionally kept small & intimate- so I can truly get to know you, understand your unique needs, & tailor each session to support your progress with precision, safety & care.
My students are deeply committed, & many stay with me for years. That’s because true, sustainable flexibility is a long-term journey, & not a quick fix. I encourage you to be wary of anyone who promises otherwise. Any artform or skill takes years to master, why would flexibility be any different?

I work with artists & hobbyists on a personal level, so this Flexy Family Members Area is focussed around me seeing you in my live online group classes, with my recordings & resources as extra flexy magic to get your progress going!
Class Courses
How do my class courses work?
Each course is carefully crafted to give our weekly classes a clear sense of focus, purpose, & mini goals to work towards. This helps keep our training fresh, engaging, & motivating — never stale or repetitive. Flexibility is a lifestyle practice, something to weave gently into your everyday. Because of that, it’s so important that it doesn’t start to feel like a chore. We want to keep falling in love with movement — again & again. Every course is built around a central goal, but within that, we work on opposite areas of the body to stay balanced & efficient with our time. That way, no part of you gets left behind while we explore a particular theme. You’ll see this theme gently woven into all my classes — including our lunchtime movement sessions — so everything feels connected, purposeful, & part of your bigger journey.

Bridges that Breathe
May 4th- 29th

Exploration Week 1st -7th June
Back bending is the area where people feel the most panic, emotional overwhelm, & full‑body tension. Backbends are genuinely challenging — so it makes sense that the body sometimes slips into survival mode. But when that panic kicks in, it can create a loop that makes progress feel even harder. The good news is: we can break that loop. We can teach the body to feel calm, open, & safe in these shapes again.
Hips, upper back & shoulders. We are awakening all things bridges, but with one sole focus- the breathe! Before we can do anything else with our technique, we need to be able to breathe!
Across this 4‑week course, we’ll be using a different breathing technique each week, to give you plenty of tools in your pocket to relax your bridges, create space & breathe!

From Claustrophobic to Calm: Your Guide to Happy, Light Bridges
Exploration Week 1st-7th June- time to take it a little slower to give the body more of a rest. This week is for set hwk of either recording, task, self practice exercise list or PDF exclusive resources reading. Set by me to back up your learning in the course. Time to reflect, explore, challenge & investigate.

As we step into summer, it’s the perfect moment to stretch into bigger shapes, bolder hand balances, and put our hard work and practice to the test with challenges that mix hard, technical, and playful flexyness. This 4‑week course is all about flying splits, juicy lines, and strong, confident hand balances— giving you space to explore, experiment, and level up your flexy power. Expect a blend of challenge and creativity, with shapes that feel exciting, expressive, and totally summer‑energy.
