My students are deeply committed, & many stay with me for years. That’s because true, sustainable flexibility is a long-term journey, & not a quick fix. I encourage you to be wary of anyone who promises otherwise. Any artform or skill takes years to master, why would flexibility be any different?

Developpe strength, active hip flexibility & side bends. The beautiful combination of flexibility & strength comes together in the beautiful poses that come from good technique in your standing splits. The perfect mini course for dancers, aerialists & performers.

This week is for set hwk of either recording, task, self practice exercise list or PDF exclusive resources reading. Set by me to back up your learning in the course. Time to reflect, explore, challenge & investigate.
4 Week Course
Forearm Stands & Forward Folds
November 11th- 26th

Exploration Weeks 27th November- 1st December
From shoulder strength & mobility, balance practice, hamstrings & space created in foreword folds, these 2 different areas compliment each other so well! Strength & flexibility together, connecting how certain movement techniques ripple into so many different skills!

Following on from forearm stands, let’s transition into those forearm bridges! Looking into lengthening the lower back in our backbends, & gaining more space in our upper back & shoulders before Christmas.#
