How I got here, and where I want to continue

Here’s a little about me & my values as a flexibility coach

Hello & welcome to my journey of following my passion to becoming a flexibility coach!

It began with my roots training as a contemporary and ballet dancer, and later evolved through years of instructing and performing aerial hoop. Yet despite my professional training, I found myself grappling with a surprising disconnect: how could I be a trained dancer and performer, yet feel so uncertain about the art and science of flexibility?

Conflicting advice, pervasive myths, and a lack of clear guidance left me bewildered. As someone with hypermobility, I feared injury and felt adrift—unsure how to safely and effectively improve my flexibility to elevate my performance. I saw that same frustration mirrored in fellow performers and passionate hobbyists alike—those striving to master beautiful shapes in their aerial practice, yet unsure how to progress without risking harm.

That’s when my purpose crystallised. I knew I wanted to be the person who could bridge that gap—empowering others to unlock their true flexibility potential. Whether you're a seasoned performer or a devoted enthusiast, my mission is to help you enhance your skills, expand your creative expression, and build a long, injury-free movement journey

I believe deeply in the power of working on a personal and intimate level.

I work closely with a small, dedicated group of students in 121 or group sessions to unlock deep flexibility through thoughtful, personalised coaching. My approach is intimate, intentional, and rooted in years of movement expertise—designed to guide you toward the flexibility you need and desire for your hobbies & professions, whether artistic, athletic, or simply personal.

Every student arrives with a unique body, distinct needs, and personal flexibility goals—and it’s my privilege to get to know you and help you along your flexibility journey. Flexibility is never one-size-fits-all; it’s a nuanced, evolving practice. My role is to listen, adapt, and share my knowledge of technique and performance with you . My aim is for you achieve the flexibility of your dreams, and help to ensure a long and healthy successful career and fulfilled hobby.
