My approach is intimate, intentional, and rooted in years of movement expertise—designed to guide you toward the flexibility you need and desire for your hobbies & professions, whether artistic, athletic, or simply personal.

I work with each student in a very individual way! Working around individual budgets, schedules & flexibility goals, we work together to create a plan that suits you best!
Being a 1-2-1 student with me means we can dive deep into the world of you! We look into your current training, as well as your lifestyle patterns, & then explore what your flexibility dreams are, & why they are important to you. We learn more about your learning style, discuss how your brain likes to work best, & work together to adventure into what your perfect flexibility training plan should look like. With 1-2-1 sessions I can get the ideal opportunity to zoom into your technique, & have a look at what you need to work on specifically to achieve your flexy goals!

Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly. All I ask is that you come with determination & commitment to put in the time to achieve your goals!
