Whilst I am away, I have left you 2 weeks of summer bliss!
2 weeks of space and time for daily soft and gentle movement, and exploration of beautiful shapes, and enjoy a little moment of softness each day — nothing overwhelming, nothing demanding, just a tiny ritual that feels good in your body.

I’ve planned these 2 weeks to help you feel held, inspired, and still very much inside your practice. I want you to feel open, expressive, and connected to your body in that gold hour summery way — the way movement feels when the days are long and the pressure is low.
