Please join class with your name showing on your zoom. If you join under another name you will not be accepted into the zoom class for safety reasons.
Please complete a quick warm up before hand.
Please let me know of any injuries before class.
To receive a refund, all class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable, as your spot has been reserved exclusively for you.
