  • Please bring these to class:

    Yoga mat
    Yoga blocks
    Yoga strap (or alternative, dressing gown belt etc)
    Chair
    Cushion or knee pad
    Sometimes we use stretchy bands too!

    All you need is space for a yoga mat & a chair! We also frequently use a wall for our exercises.

  • Yes please! If possible, it would be extremely beneficial if you could perform a quick warm up before class. This could be 5minutes cardio, or press play on one of my short warm up recordings.
    This way we can get straight onto exercises in our course, & you can make more out of your time with me!

  • Yes please! For safety & insurance reasons, your camera must be switched on & you must be visible. Without a switched on camera you will be unfortunately removed from the zoom class.

  • Both classes with be focused on the current course theme, but will be the beginner or intermediate/ advanced version. This means that you can attend both classes without feeling like you are repeating the same exercises.

    If you haven’t worked with me before, please attend the beginner class first, as the inter/ advanced class is for those with an already clear understanding of how we work & the technique we require in class. If this is not possible then please attend the advanced class but let me know.

    If you have worked with me before, please feel free to attend either class & you will have a good understanding of how to adapt the class to suit you best.

  • Yes! You can begin classes with me whenever you’re ready! Ideally, you would begin a course at the beginning to get the full benefit, but it is absolutely fine to join half way through or towards the end too!

  • At the end of each course, we have an exploration week. This is so we have some extra time for some different & vital elements within our training such as-

    • a rest period for the body.

    • self training for personal & individual homework set by me.

    • reading of exclusive resources, study to help backup an element explored within class.

    • other homework tasks set by more e.g. goal setting exercises, progress pics etc

    • KMM Recording homework set by me.

Hello & welcome to my journey of following my passion to becoming a flexibility coach!

It began with my roots training as a contemporary and ballet dancer, and later evolved through years of instructing and performing in aerial hoop, dance & contortion. Yet despite my professional training, I found myself grappling with a surprising disconnect: how could I be a trained dancer and performer, yet feel so uncertain about the art and science of flexibility?

Conflicting advice, pervasive myths, and a lack of clear guidance left me bewildered. As someone with hypermobility, I feared injury and felt a bit lost—unsure how to safely and effectively improve my flexibility to elevate my performance. I saw that same frustration mirrored in fellow performers and passionate hobbyists alike—those striving to master beautiful shapes in their aerial practice, yet unsure how to progress without risking harm.

That’s when I decided that would be my mission! I knew I wanted to be the person who could bridge that gap—empowering others to unlock their true flexibility potential. Whether you're a seasoned performer or a devoted enthusiast, my mission is to help you enhance your skills, expand your creative expression, and build a long, injury-free movement journey
